Meet the Artist
I am G. H. Masters, the artist for Bear Lake Art, shown here in a self-portrait. I was dressed up for the Fort Bridger Rendezvous. I display my art there every Labor Day.
When I was young, I would try to see the art created in the clouds. I would lay on the grass looking up at the sky. My Mother would say, "can you see that bear in the cloud?"
I watched my father as he created his art. I wanted to be like him. Whenever I could, I would draw and paint. As I got older, this love of art never faded. I began to study the old west art masters of the 19th century. I also continue to admire the clouds God paints every day. (Here is my rendition of one of my favorites by Philip Goodwin. I couldn't help myself, I had to FIX his clouds! )
My Medium
I use many different mediums, such as acrylics, Watercolors and my own mixture of Alcohol Inks. I often add wood-burning art to the frame. I also love having a 3D look and feel to my art using my own texturing methods and clays. I believe that working in a single medium is restrictive to my artistic process. Each idea manifests in its own individual style.
My Inspiration
I enjoy being out in the wilds when ever I can get a chance. Many of the details in my pieces are directly influenced by these visits to nature. I love recreating plants, wildlife, and especially the clouds in my work.

What is Not Allowed
✕Art from the EasyGiftWizard app must not be saved in any way as art only without modifications using Text or photos. There must be some form of customization with the art, such as text, a poem, a name, a logo, or a photo added. This is required by our artists' licensing that their images be incorporated into a derivative work. A combination using the art with some kind of customization and not just the art alone.
✕Don't redistribute or sell GrafixSoft elements, images, or derivative works as stock, on stock or wallpaper platforms.
✕Don't copy, download, save, give away or sell the original elements or images, including clipart and effects files, as unaltered copies of an element, image, or clipart. e.g. sell an exact copy of an image or element as clipart, stock art, a poster, print, or on a physical product. The keyword here is "unaltered".
✕Don't use or portray the elements, art, or identifiable people in a bad light or in a way that is offensive, lude, or pornographic.
✕Don't use images with identifiable brands to create a misleading association with a product or service.
Definitions: For purposes of this Use Licenses Agreement and any subsequent clarifications, FAQ, etc., GrafixSoft™ ("Licensor", "We", "us", "our"), is intended to mean GrafixSoft™ and its OverPrintArt™, FreeCardWizard™, OnlineCardWizard™, DigitalCardWizard™, BearLakeArt™, KKSoft.biz™, NameThatToon™, NamesOnArt™, ToonsOnArt™, their respective websites, all other licensors and Artist represented by GrafixSoft™. "User" and "Users" ("Licensee", "User", "user", "Users", "users", "you", "your") below is intended to mean Licensor of the Art and or software and their workers, employees, etc. "Download" and "Downloads" are intended to mean art/image and application files whether downloaded or transferred to the user by some other means (flash drive, hard drive, etc.). License Levels and print rights limitations are defined as represented on the GrafixSoft.com web site, at GrafixSoft licenses and are understood to be a part of this agreement. They include but are not limited to Personal, Small Business, Pro-Small Business, Large Vendor, Art Dealer / Small Manufacture, Mass Merchandiser, Publisher, whose rights are defined specifically by separate agreement which may or may not modify these terms of usage rights; such as mass distribution produced products, etc. Rights Period of License (Subscription, subscription, Term, term) determines the time in which a user can use downloads. An Art Dealer / Small Manufacture and Mass Merchandiser licensor may mass produce, for wholesale the images, as per their license. Mass production is considered creating more than one of the same item at a time. For example, mass-produced Signs, T-Shirts, Mugs, etc. This includes others 'print-on-demand' merchandise website or business, not owned by users such as CafePress.com, Zazzle.com, or any similar site so long as images are guaranteed protected from misuse. Users Are Allowed To: Self determine your License level and Subscription Term, Rights Period renewal, if applicable. (Cost of license should be at least 5% to 10% of retail. We only ask you to be fair to us and our artists. We want to make this profitable for all of us, from the user right back to the original artist. Contact us if you are not sure which license applies to you. ) Download and use art/image and other applicable files, on one storage device for each license obtained during the Rights Period of the License. CafePress.com, Zazzle.com, etc. With all Level Licenses, Users can Download content for users' own 'print-on-demand' merchandise website or business. Levels defined as Personal, Small Business, and Pro Small Business are NOT licensed for another's site like CafePress.com, Zazzle.com, or any similar site. With an Art Dealer / Small Manufacture and Mass Merchandiser licenses users may use Download content, on another' print-on-demand' merchandise website or business, not owned by the user such as CafePress.com, Zazzle.com, or any similar site so long as images are guaranteed protected from misuse. The 'print-on-demand' merchandise website marketing, is available with unless specificity is prohibited by individual Artist Licensing to GrafixSoft™. This will be noted with the file upon download. Users Are Not Allowed To: Sub-license, sell or rent any of GrafixSoft™; Content (or a modified version of GrafixSoft™Content). - Distribute GrafixSoft™; Content unless it has been expressly authorized by GrafixSoft™. - Include GrafixSoft™Content in an online or offline database or file, especially for redistribution. - Offer GrafixSoft™designs (or modified GrafixSoft™ Content versions) for download. Without a Level Art Dealer / Small Manufacture and Mass Merchandiser license, you may not sell or otherwise redistribute any digital image files created from GrafixSoft™ content in any manner whatsoever. With specific project and image permission, with a Level Art Dealer / Small Manufacture and Mass Merchandiser license, you might be authorized to sell or otherwise redistribute a specific Embroidery or other digitized image file created from GrafixSoft™. You cannot authorize anyone else to make or use any of these materials or art. Any links are gratuitous and GrafixSoft.com assumes no responsibility to you or anyone else regarding those links. You have agreed, and reaffirm your agreement to conduct this transaction electronically. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOREGOING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. REFUND POLICY You agree to pay all Image(s) license fees and no rights are granted under this Agreement until all payments are made in full. A service charge of two percent (2%) per month, or the amount allowed by law, will be charged on any unpaid balance. Any claims for adjustments must be made to GrafixSoft.com within five (5) days of billing. You shall be liable for all past due amounts, interest, and costs of collection, including attorneys' fees. Refunds are governed by the terms of the individual service used. Please see the section below for terms applicable to refunds in the event of cancellation. CANCELLATION No cancellations will be accepted or any refunds made after you have downloaded an image or opened the Hard drive or other image storage device. If you purchased the use of an individual image or group of images, no refunds are made unless the image/s is/are found to be faulty. GrafixSoft.com will be the sole arbiter as to whether an image is faulty or not. If you purchased a new (first time) Subscription, you may receive a full refund within three (3) days of your invoice date, provided that you have not downloaded more than five (5) images. After three (3) days, or download of more than five (5) Images, no cancellations will be accepted, no refunds made and you will be responsible for and must pay the full amount of the invoice. By requesting a refund, you hereby represent and warrant that: (i) you have deleted or destroyed all downloaded Images, (ii) that you have not, and will not use any Images from the subscription, and (iii) that a breach of the foregoing shall require you to immediately repay the entire subscription fee plus damages to GrafixSoft.com. You are solely responsible for all shipping and handling fees with regard to a cancellation. All cancellations are final. If you purchased a renewal or upgrade to your current Subscription you will only be entitled to a refund at the sole discretion of GrafixSoft.com. If you ordered a digitized image file you are not entitled to a refund unless the original clipart image is subsequently deemed to not be suitable for digitizing. GrafixSoft.com will be the sole arbiter as to whether an image is suitable or not. If a problem is found with the digitized file it will be corrected free of charge. You agree that GrafixSoft.com will be the sole arbiter of this agreement.
